Went there for the first time with my 6 year old and had tons of fun... We both enjoyed each moment we spent there... It is a bit pricey however a fun place to spend good time with little ones
Great place to go, Workers are friendly and happy to help. The employee that I spoke to (Sarah) was the nicest and didn't mind helping me with my questions. I spent a few hours jumping, which surprised me as I'm not really an active person, but it was loads of fun.
I absolutely love this place. It is a great environment for kids, and even the whole family. They are very organized and are willing to accommodate all. A wonderful worker there (Susannah) was able to answer all of my questions, there customer service is great!
Wonderful trampoline park with creative jumping options and play including the dueling rod +foam pit, ball pit with multiple swim lanes, various types of trampolines, basketball, and dodgeball. Staff should better understand how to handle scheduling conflicts. The pizza is average (similar to other parks like this). Recommended for birthday parties.
The workers and service speed is trash. Once I had to wait 30 minutes to get my tickets. The workers there are also trash except for a view. Some workers play with the kids. Others talk to each other. They don't even watch the kids. Barely few are actually doing their jobs. Overall the workers and service speed is trash but the actual park is enjoyable.
