We had to wait inside for about 20 minutes for an item they had forgotten to give us through the drive thru. I don't know why it would take so long: the store was empty and only a few cars had gone through the drive thru, and about 10 people were working and arguing with each other. At one point someone asked us why we were waiting, and it seemed like they had forgotten the item again. By the time we got the food, everything else we had ordered was cold. Not a good experience.
The person that took my order had no patience whatsoever and had an attitude .
The cashier wasn't friendly she had a huge hickey on her neck and when I ordered, I asked for extra cheese on my loaded potato griller. I didn't get extra cheese I barely got any cheese at all and it was only on one side of my griller. Very disappointed will not be going back.
Easily the worst taco bell in the area hands down, but it's the closest one to me so I've given them chance after chance. The staff has always been nice enough but the service leaves a lot to be desired considering how slow it usually is or the occasional incorrect order. Multiple times I've gone later at night and the wait is ridiculous with only a handful of cars in the drive thru and zero movement for 5, 10, even 15 minutes. The last time i tried going later in the afternoon just for a frozen drink and the drive thru screen/speaker are not working so i drive to the window for the guy to tell me the machine for the freezes is broken. I'll be driving the extra 10 minutes to go to another taco bell from now on.
New look, same slow service, got beef instead of beans. Grand Opening! I think not.
