Called to ask a simple question, someone answered the phone did not put me on hold and hung up. Not pleased, very unprofessional.

The lady in the store wanted to charge me more than another petco store on the same dog. Because she thought the dog is large, but another petco considers it as a middle dog for years. I asked why both are petco stores using diffierent standard? The lady allowed the same price once but would be charging more.

Called for a last minute appointment and they took me right away thankfully because that was only day I had time to get my dog bathed. When I first went in staff was great and friendly. I dropped dog off at 12 PM and got called 1:15 PM that he was all set and ready to go. GREAT! I go to pick him up, I pay and the mood was completely different. The girl that I assume took care of my dog, I asked her how everything went and she admitted some issues but didn't go into much detail. There also was another client in the waiting room, with her small dog, who clearly did not like big dogs and was nervous and you can see it. So here I am trying to hold my dog (keep in mind he's 110 lbs) while also trying to put his harness and leash on (which the worker did help with thanks) all while he's trying to see the other dog. Just wanted to get in and out at that point. Now that's not the issue. The issue is, when I finally get everything on and we're in the car on our way home I had someone in the back seat of my car and they were complaining about basically they are being soaked because he wasn't fully dry. I go home and give him a fully inspection, ears were not cleaned, nails not fully trimmed (not being deal I even mentioned not being deal because recently done by vet where he didn't give an issue at all??) so I call the next day complaining and asked to speak with a manager. The women (manager) I spoke to on the phone, VERY rude. Went on telling me he was wet because it was raining, which it did rain that day but at 8 AM. It was now 1 PM at this point. Also went on to tell me that the groomer brushed him for a good 40 minutes and it's written in his report. Glad to know for 40 minutes out of the 70 minutes he was there he got a crappy brush down. Also tried telling me that he was nipping at the groomers and that they were having issues with him, and that it was mentioned to me when I picked him up. Which it was never once mentioned that biting have occurred. Never once have I ever had issues with people working with my dog, they always say how wonderful he is to work with. The only time I have ever seen him getting nippy and hard to work him is when you're being rough towards him. So will not be using this business anymore.

Really Helpful! The Saleperson Was really Informative & Got More Info On What I Was Requiring About.

It's ok. I mean no poopy bags stations, hand sanitizer empty. Need to put more attention on things.
